At 2012 hrs last night Professor Julius Meadow of The Woodland Institute For Controversial Experiments and our own Head Mechanic, Roy Tickle from none other than Mingosyard fired a Walnut with an elastic band at the speed of light through three coffee cans. This action created anti matter also a Stranglet which created a Black Hole. The Black Hole is now safely secured in a Jam Jar ready for disposal by Bristol City Council. The ancient scriptures that were lost and then found when we investigated an ancient Temple site that had the sign Gents written on it tell of a giant machine that will destroy the world. When we entered the Temple we found strange signs and love offerings written on its walls such as Bert loves Elsie and Numerology that looked a bit like mobile phone numbers complete with resonating sounds of medidation. However we added it up together and it worked. The LHC is now up for sale for 30 quid all in

The first national observatories were built for two practical reasons: to provide accurate timekeeping, and to assist surveyors with mapping. As technology developed, telescopes became larger and provided more detailed images. Astronomers, in turn, became increasing interested in understanding the stars and objects that they could now see using these higher-resolution telescopes. The 15″ refracting telescope featured in this video was built by the Warner and Swasey company of Cleveland, Ohio. It was originally located at Ottawa’s Dominion Observatory. With the closure of this observatory in 1970s, it was moved to the Canada Science and Technology Museum. It is now housed in the Museum’s Helen Sawyer Hogg Observatory, where it is used for public astronomy education. I was lucky to obtain it from Ms. Payette herself via postal mail. I was about ready to launch myself up into space with happiness after I received it. =) Anyway, I hope you all enjoy the video! It took me awhile to complete. PS – To purchase a copy of my book, “A Salute To Space Explorers,” please visit: www.myspace.com

Mercury Meteor Montcalm

logo

The Mercury Meteor, as a brand, was a hit in Canada. Canadians tend to prefer smaller, more economical cars than Americans do—needs that the Meteor fulfilled. Its common in marketing to use names and symbols drawn from a countrys history and culture. Mercury increased the Meteors appeal in Canada by giving distinctively Canadian names to each model, like Niagara, Rideau, and in this case Montcalm. Introduced in 1949, the Meteor sold exclusively in Canada for eleven years. www.sciencetech.technomuses.ca

Wildlife and Climate Change

logo

Global warming is such a heated debate..haha. Some say it is here and we must act now to stop it, while others see it all as a natural phase or a way for some new world order to make even more money off of us all. While all sides waste time debating this, the wildlife conservation community are seeing some drastic effects on animal populations and their migrations as we speak. Wildlife works in ways we cant fully understand yet. And we are trashing the planet before we can get a chance to really get to know and learn from our animal neighbors. There are so many articles on how the climate change is hurting our resources. I used a lot of ocean references in showing our current pollution trends as the ocean covers much more of the planets surface than land. So if the ocean is getting messed up, just think what we are doing to the land or to the climate! Dont take my word, check out these interesting and informative articles for yourself.
