Of course there will be some smart @ss answers but it seems like an interesting question…
If humans were to discover intelligent, extraterrestrial life or be visited by it without cover up… How would this sit with you?
I’m deistic, so I have no problem with that. God created the physical laws that allowed the universe to exist the way it does, there is no problem with extra-terrestrial life.
I heard somewhere that in ancient Egyptian texts, the words for “alien” and “angel” are actually one and the same. And thinking about it, they’re both otherworldly beings from the heavens, or heaven, depending on how you interpret the semantics of that.
I guess I’d like to know if they have any helpful advice they can pass on to our race.
I would be thrilled and excited about the idea of meeting another race, as long as they were not hostile. Even if they were, there would be a lot to learn from their POWs and captured space craft, assuming we had a chance of doing that. I would be very interested in hearing about their religions and eventually getting to see an English translation of their holy texts. Suppose it had an uncanny resemblance to our Bible. I wonder what the world would make of that.
I would accept it and if there is extraterrestrial life, why couldn’t it have been created by God. I don’t have a problem with it and I can’t see what it has to do with faith. There are many things that cannot be explained, that’s a part of life.
With a fist bump…

It would not shake my faith, if that’s what your asking. It doesn’t say anywhere in the Bible that we are the only life God created.
Moreover, the Bible is for us. It’s our revelation from God. Other life would have their own revelation.

Jews, Christians & Muslims call ETs angels. Like humans, angels have intellect, emotions and will. Unlike humans, they don’t have material bodies.
Actually it would be very exiting to have a “close encounter of the third kind”. No problem at all regarding my faith.
